Terms and Conditions: AI Specialist Trainee Program Refundable Deposit 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the obligations, rights, and conditions associated with the refundable deposit required for participation in the AI Specialist Trainee Program ("Program") offered by fundae Software Inc. ("fundae"). By submitting the refundable deposit, the candidate ("Candidate") acknowledges full acceptance of the following terms: 

1. Deposit Requirement : A refundable deposit of USD 999.00 ("Deposit") is required upon acceptance of the offer to secure participation in the Program. This Deposit covers substantial costs associated with technical infrastructure, environment setup, and licensing fees for advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), which are inherently expensive. 

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions : The Deposit shall be fully refunded only if all of the following conditions are met: 

  • Candidate successfully completes the entire scheduled training. 

  • Candidate remains actively employed: 

  • For at least two continuous months on an external client project via fundae (placement starting from Month 2), or 

  • Immediately upon assignment and for two continuous months on an internal fundae project (placement starting from Month 4). 

  • Refund eligibility commences after six complete calendar months following the successful completion of the training period. 

3. Non-Refund Scenarios : The Deposit will be forfeited, without exception, under the following circumstances: 

  • Voluntary termination of participation before the completion of six calendar months post-training. 

  • Failure to pass mandatory background checks, including but not limited to criminal record verification and drug screening. 

  • Significant breach or violation of professional conduct and ethics policies, as defined and communicated during onboarding. 

  • Any unauthorized sharing, dissemination, or distribution of confidential training material or proprietary information provided by fundae during the Program. 

4. Confidentiality and Proprietary Material Clause : Candidate expressly acknowledges and agrees that all training materials, including but not limited to documents, recordings, presentations, software, chat histories, and any other information shared by fundae during the Program (collectively, "Confidential Material"), are proprietary and confidential to fundae. Candidate agrees to utilize Confidential Material solely for personal training purposes and explicitly agrees not to disclose, share, reproduce, or disseminate the Confidential Material in whole or part, in any form or manner, without prior explicit written consent from fundae. 

5. Consequence of Breach of Confidentiality : Should Candidate be found in violation of the Confidentiality and Proprietary Material Clause (Clause 4), fundae reserves the unconditional right to immediately forfeit the Deposit, pursue additional legal remedies, and terminate Candidate’s participation in the Program with immediate effect. 

6. Refund Processing : Eligible refunds will be processed by fundae within thirty (30) business days following verification that all eligibility conditions, as detailed in Clause 2, have been satisfactorily met. 

7. Additional Terms : 

  • No refunds shall be processed prior to the completion of training under any circumstances. 

  • Candidate agrees to comply with all additional policies and requirements as communicated by fundae during onboarding and training. 

Acceptance of Terms : By submitting the Deposit via the provided payment link, Candidate explicitly agrees to and accepts all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
