Terms and Conditions – Enterprise AI Server Access
By subscribing to the Enterprise AI Server Access ("Service") provided by fundae University, users agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Provision:
fundae University will grant access to the specified Enterprise AI environment within three (3) business days after receiving and processing payment.
2. Subscription Terms:
An initial minimum subscription commitment of three (3) months is required.
After the initial commitment, the subscription automatically continues monthly at the stated subscription rate until explicitly cancelled by the subscriber.
3. No Refund Policy:
Due to the immediate allocation of significant cloud resources, infrastructure setup, third-party licensing costs, and administrative preparations incurred upon processing your subscription, refunds for this product will not be provided. Users acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
4. Technical Support:
fundae University commits to providing comprehensive technical support throughout the duration of the subscription. Support inquiries will be addressed promptly and efficiently to ensure continuous usability and resolution of any issues encountered within the environment.
5. Acceptable Use:
Subscribers agree to utilize the environment for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, unauthorized access, distribution, or replication of proprietary technologies, configurations, or software associated with this service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund and possible legal action.
6. Modification of Services:
fundae University reserves the right to modify, update, or upgrade the underlying infrastructure and technologies of the service to keep pace with technological advancements and market demands. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance wherever feasible.
7. Liability Limitation:
fundae University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the subscription or use of this service, even if fundae University has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Privacy and Data Security:
fundae University commits to safeguarding user data with reasonable industry-standard security measures. Subscribers must comply with all relevant data protection and privacy laws applicable to their use of the environment.
9. Changes to Terms:
fundae University reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service following such notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
